The Board: EMFED is led by a five-member board of directors with complementary skills and experiences relevant for the company’s growth strategy. Prior to joining the board, they had been advisors to the management team of EMFED on pro-bono basis. The board charter is currently being developed.
Management: EMFED has a management team with relevant experience in farm management services and sustainability in the cocoa sector. This team and members of the board of directors has worked together since the inception of EMFED and has developed working relations that deliver results to all stakeholders. Job descriptions are being developed for all staff.
Staff: The management is supported by staff who are accountable for field level implementation of the company’s strategy.
